Set the scanning conditions. ( See pages 2-10 to
2-15.)

This operation allows you to poll another FAX after transmitting documents to it on the same phone call.
Note
Turnaround polling may not operate with non-TOSHIBA models.

Displaying the POLLING Menu and select TURN-
AROUND POLL.
Press:

Specify the remote FAX. ( See pages 2-16 to
2-21.)
• The FAX will dial the remote FAX to perform an ordinary
transmission.
• When the transmission is completed, polling of the document
from the remote FAX will start immediately.

Enter the 4-digit security code for the document to
be retrieved and press the
key.

Select the Security Option.
• If the remote FAX is a TOSHIBA FAX and a 4-digit code is
programmed to the document to be polled, press
. Go
to Step 6.
• If the remote FAX is not a TOSHIBA or a security code is not
used, press
. Go to Step 7.
