This section describes the procedure to retrieve a document from a MAILBOX (Confidential Box or
Bulletin Board) located in a remote hub.

Dial the FAX number of the Remote Hub Unit.
• The facsimile starts dialing to the remote hub unit to retrieve
the document.

Enter the password to access the Confidential Box
and press the
key.
• When the entered box number does not exist, the message
shown to the right is displayed. After 2 seconds, the display
returns to the screen for entering the box number.
• When the password is incorrect, the message shown to the
right is displayed. After 2 seconds, the display returns to the
screen for entering the password.
