Air flow select or
Push one of t he but tons to sel ect the
vents us ed for air fl ow.
In automatic operati on, you do not hav e
to s elect the air flow unl ess y ou desi re
another air fl ow mode.
1. Panel— Air f lows mainly from the
inst rument panel vents .
2. Bi−level—Ai r fl ows fr om both the f oot
vents and the i nstr ument panel vents .
3. Foot— Air flows mainly from the foot
vents .
4. Foot/ Windshield—Air flows mainly
from the f oot v ents and wi ndshield
vents .

Windshield air fl ow button
When this but ton is pres sed, air fl ows
mainly from the windshi eld vent s and t he
FRESH mode is aut omatic ally s et i f the
temperatur e is 5_C(41_F) or below. This
sett ing clears the f ront view mor e qui ckl y.
If you want to return the setting to
RECIRCULATE m ode, press the air i ntake
selec tor button onc e again.
Press ing the but ton once again returns the
air flow mode to the las t one used.
Press ing the wi ndshiel d button tur ns on
the defros ter−link ed ai r condit ioning. At
this time, the “A/C” button indicator comes
on regar dless of whet her or not the “A/ C”
button is pres sed i n. Thi s i s to cl ean up
the front vi ew more quickl y.
To t urn off the ai r condi tioni ng al one,
press t he “A/C” butt on once again.
When the “A/ C” but ton is not pressed in,
press ing another air f low button turns off
the air condi tioning.
