• Once the required frequency is set, tighten the M10x1.5 bolts (Qty:02) on the back of the sliding idler.
Pulley Alignment Check after Belt Replacement
Alignment needs to be checked using a Laser Alignment tool developed by Thermoking. This Tool consists of Emitter
unit (PK Profile Grooved Block+ Laser) and a Receiver Unit.
• Emitter unit has to be placed in the grooves of the Clutch Pulley.
• Receiver unit has to be placed in the grooves of the Motor pulley.
• When the Laser in the emitter block gets actuated, a Line Beam falls on the Receiver unit.
• Check whether the Line beam is falling on the Minus marking made on the receiver unit. If not, the pulley has to be
adjusted until the Laser Beam falls on the marking in the Receiver unit.
