4. Loosen the grub screw of the flange bearing (4).
5. Remove the joining elements (5) of the flange bearing (4).
6. Pull the flange bearing off the drum journal.
 The flange bearing is removed.
 Installing the flange
bearings
Carry out the following work steps:
1. Slide the flange bearing (4) onto the drum journal.
2. Align the flange bearing and drum.
3. Secure the flange bearing with joining elements (5).
4. Tighten the grub screw of the flange bearing.
5. Fit the bottom conveyor track cover (3).
6. Fit the side cover (2).
 The flange bearing has been installed.
 Installing the bed
Carry out the following work steps:
 Installation is carried out in reverse order.
 The bed has been installed.
 Install the gear motor
if necessary
Carry out the following work steps:
 Carry out the work steps described in "Installing the gear motor".
 The gear motor has been installed.
