Replacing the flange bearing, central drive
In case of replacement, lay out the new flange bearings ready for use
according to the spare parts list. Replace the flange bearings in pairs (inside
and outside).
Precondition:
The machine has been taken out of operation.
The machine has been secured against being switched on again.
The belt has been loosened.
The gear motor is removed.
Removing the
flange bearings
Carry out the following work steps:
1. Remove the hand wheel (1) and cover (2).
2. Remove the bottom conveyor track cover (3).
3. Support the drive pulley with suitable equipment.
