Replacing the flange bearings, conveyor bed
In case of replacement, lay out the new flange bearings ready for use
according to the spare parts list. Replace the flange bearings in pairs (inside
and outside).
Precondition:
The machine has been taken out of operation.
The machine has been secured against being switched on again.
The belt has been loosened.
The gear motor has been removed if necessary.
Removing
flange bearings
Carry out the following work steps:
1. Remove the cover (1).
2. Loosen the grub screws of the flange bearing.
