12. TROUBLESHOOTING
Only technical personnel having proper qualifications and holding
technical documentation (including a technician manual) and adequate
information are authorized to service the apparatus.
Problem Solution
Display is not
activated
• Verify that the main switch is in the ‘On’ position.
• Make sure the power cord is properly connected to the
machine and the power source.
• Verify that there is electrical power in the main source.
• If the problem persists, contact your dealer or point of
purchase for further assistance.
The printer
does not print
• Make sure the paper is inserted in the printer.
• Switch off the machine and switch it back on while
pressing the feed button on the printer. If the printer
prints a test printout, the printer is O.K. and there is a
problem with the electronics. Contact the dealer to solve
the problem.
• If the printer does not print the test printout, there is a
problem with the printer. Contact your dealer to solve
the problem.
