4.0 Introduction
This section contains instructions for the maintenance of
the TL33 Series Work Platform. Procedures for scheduled
maintenance and repair/removal are included.
Referring to Section 3 and Section 6 will aid in
understanding the operation and function of the various
components and systems of the TL33 Series Work
Platform and help in diagnosing and repair of the machine.
TOOLS REQUIRED
The following is a list of items that are required to perform
certain maintenance & repair procedures.
1 x Multi-meter capable of reading Voltage, Ohms
and Amps.
1 x Pressure Gauge - Range (0 - 1000 P.S.I)
1 x Pressure Gauge - Range (0 - 3000 P.S.I)
We recommend:
1 x 57128-000 Calibrator - A test and analysis
instrument for the D.C. motor Control Unit.
4.1 Preventative Maintenance
(Table 4-1)
The complete inspection consists of periodic visual and
operational checks, together with all necessary minor
adjustments to assure proper performance.
Daily inspection will prevent abnormal wear and prolong
the life of all systems. The inspection and maintenance
schedule is to be performed at regular intervals.
Inspection and maintenance shall be performed by
personnel who are trained and familiar with mechanical
and electrical procedures. Complete descriptions of the
procedures are in the text following the table.
Before performing preventative maintenance
familiarise yourself with the operation of the
machine.
Never perform maintenance on a machine
when it is in the elevated position.
The Preventative Maintenance table has been designed
to be used for machine service and maintenance repair.
Please copy the following page and use this table as
a checklist when inspecting a machine for service.
