If all functions are inoperable and the electric motor of your Upright Construction Equipment fails to start, consider the following: * Check the 160 amp electric motor fuse and replace it if it's blown. * Verify the voltage output of the battery charger; if it's less than 24 VDC, repair or replace the charger. * After fully charging the batteries, test each one individually and replace any that are faulty. * Inspect all battery and motor leads for continuity and replace them if necessary. * With the emergency stop switch in the ON position, check the continuity across the contacts; replace the switch if there is none. * Check the 7A circuit control fuse and replace it if it's blown.
