All Account Management
Use to view the total output count, print a Job Accounting report, and clear
the counter for all accounts.

Display the Job Accounting screen, refer to Access the Job Accounting
Screen, on page 4-3.

Press S or T to select Job
Accounting Total and press
[Enter].
The total output count of all accounts displays.

To print the Job Accounting
report, press S or T to select
Print Report and press [Enter].
Example: Job Accounting report

To clear the counter, press S or
T to select Counter clear and
press [Enter].
A confirmation screen displays.
Press S or T to select Yes and
press [Enter].

On completion, press S or T to
select End and press [Enter].
Individual Account Management
You can see the output count and clear the counter for individual accounts.
