Step 11: Releasing the Balloon
After the receiver has been tuned, DigiCORA sounds an alarm and the
text "Ready for sonde release!" can be seen on the display. To enter the
surface observation values before the launch, click Surf. obs.

You can now release the balloon.
If you did not enter the surface observation values before the launch, you
are requested to do so right after the balloon release. If the system has an
AWS Server available, the values are automatically fetched from it. See
DigiCORA User’s Guide for more information.
