Jam Detection Setup Menu
Threshold Speed:
The active scanners will not scan for jams until the machine is running at or above this speed. The speed is measured
in meters per minute or feet per minute.
Timeout:
Indicates a “forced-stop” time (1-10 seconds) before system can be restarted.
Output 1:
On or OFF
Output 2:
On or OFF
Function:
For either Output, includes the following options:
Off
Light
Buzzer
Relay
These refer to the relay outputs on the control. For connections, refer
to Section 3.
Mode:
For Output 1 only, includes the following options:
Wait V=0:
After a jam condition has been cleared, the system looks for input “0” (jam signal has been ‘lost’) to signal it
can be restarted.
Continue:
System looking for Encoder input.
