All PowerShuttle transmissions, have a clogged
filter sensor for the transmission oil filter (A).

If the warning lamp (B) comes on, it is necessary
to replace the transmission oil filter (see the
procedure in the maintenance operations section).
IMPORTANT:
You must replace the transmission oil filter
immediately if the warning lamp (B) comes on. A
clogged filter can cause damage to the
transmission.
IMPORTANT:
At low ambient temperatures (less than 10 °C), the
warning lamp (B) on the instrument panel can
come on. This can occur for 5-10 minutes until the
transmission oil is at the correct operating
temperature.

4.12.14 Examine the oil levels in the front axle
WARNING: The machine can move without warning.
The machine is heavy and can cause death or injury.
Park the machine on a clean, hard and level area. Set the parking brake to ON and install
the wheel chocks.
Examine the oil level in the reduction gear unit for the front axle
Move the hub to the horizontal position and
remove the level plug (A).
If the oil level is below the hole, fill the reduction
gear unit to the level plug hole with the specified
fluid (see the "Lubricants and additives" section).
Install the level plug and tighten to 80 Nm.
