3 Blocking matrix
The required blockings are made in the Prot menu, see chapter
5.5 on page 25.
Typical blockings:
The U< and I> functions block the f< function, a DI signal
from the MCB of the potential transformers blocks the U<
and f< functions.

The required groupings of the output relays and output signals
are configured in the DO menu, see chapter 5.4 on page 25.
