2. If you wish to have static blinking lights, select Static Phase; if you want multiple
phases, select Multi Phases. Tap New.
a. In Static Phases mode, pick which color and pattern for each side (see
Figure 9):

For the static mode you can now skip to step 5.
b. In Multi Phases mode, go to the next step.
