5.3.2 Step 2: Set the Fixed Interval Timings for the Signal Plan (Cycle)
The Signal Plan Timings set the fixed interval timings for:
the red clearance signalization
the yellow signalization
the optional advance warning signalization.
1. Tap the Timings icon in Edit Signal Plan screen to have access to the Signal Plan
Timings screen.
You can edit red and yellow times only once. You only need to define green time to get
other timings.
Suggests buttons will compute for you the necessary delay according to your physical
parameters (see Figure 10).

2. In the Red Clearance Time screen, tap Up/Down to set the red clearance intervals for the
main right-of-way movements in the intersection.
Suggest buttons above the movement diagrams in the Red Clearance Time screen are to
help you set appropriate red clearance intervals.

3. Tap the Suggest button(s) and in the Suggest Timings dialog box that opens:
o Select Feet or Meters and MPH or KM/H.
