8. Using the jack, lower the fanmodule slowly until it rests on the frame of the unit.

Carefully monitor the positionof the EC-fan wire harnesses and other parts while lowering the fanto be sure
that they are not caught or pinched.
9. Secure the fanmodule depending onthe unit model type:
• CW038, CW041, CW076 throughCW114 Models: Secure the fan module inthe fully-lowered position by
re-installing the “Z” bracket(s), using the retained hex-head screws.
• CW051 and CW060 models, the fanmodule issecured to the center frame support. The “Z” brackets will
be used tosecure the fan at the outer attachment point.
• CW146 and CW181 models: Use the hex head screws removed instep 7 to secure the fanmodule directly
tothe frame. Screw clearance holes are provided in the fanmodule.
NOTE: Not all hardware retained will be used to secure the fans in the lowered positioned.
10. Repeat steps 3 through9 tolower remaining fanmodules.
