2.11. CORES assembly procedure
Material required for the technician to install the UPS:
• Torque wrench setting: refer to chap. 7. on page 127
• Procedure for preparing the contact surfaces of the removable conductors
The CORES can be mounted on the right or left of the boxes, depending on where the CORE
DISCONNECTORS are installed.
The same mounting procedure shown here for two ratings (para. 2.11.1 on page 48 and para. 2.11.2 on page
51) can be followed for all the Liebert Trinergy
TM
Cube Systems.
Notice
The Phillips (cross-head) screws used in this installation thread the hole
the first time they are inserted. Once they have been removed, they must
be tightened correctly the next time they are inserted to avoid damaging
the thread created previously. For this reason, we advise you to tighten
them using a screwdriver or to replace them with metric pitch screws (if
available).
