4.4. IT power distribution systems
IT power distribution systems are isolated from earth, except that one point may be connected to earth
through an impedance or a voltage limiter. The parts of the equipment that need to be earthed are
connected to earth electrodes at the user’s premises (see Fig. 88 - on page 79).
