8.12 Checking components and dead centre marks
☞ Clean all parts in a washing container and dry them with compressed air.
Notice!
Check all important areas for signs of wear, corrosion or other damage: sealing
grooves, wear indicator grooves, pressure disc surfaces, shaft surfaces, housing
bores and gear teeth.
☞ Search for the dead centre marks on shaft 2, piston tube body 3 and housing ring gear
1 and if necessary, draw them again with a permanent marker or a paint stick.
