2.1.1 Definitions of Inputs
There are altogether 7 inputs, with their definitions as follows:
Providing power supply for the controller.
Binary input, generally connected to a NC button.
Binary input, connected to tool sensor signal.
For external connection with an operating button.
For external connection with an operating button.
Binary input, connected to X-axis home switch.
Binary input, connected to Y-axis home switch.
Binary input, connected to Z-axis home switch.
Common port of
the above 7
inputs
When S is connected to COM, inputs are active high;
when to +24V, active low.
2.1.2 Definitions of Outputs
The definitions of the outputs are as follows:
Analog voltage
(0~10V) output
signal
Controlling the rotary speed of spindle motor. It
externally connects with the analog voltage frequency
instruction input terminal of an inverter (generally
known as AVI/VI) and controls spindle speed through
voltage change causing frequency change of inverter.
Connecting with analog ground of an inverter
(generally known as ACM).
Relay output to control auto oil; LED on when lube oil
on, while LED off when lube oil off.
Controlling coolant pump on/off.
Green lamp on when a machine tool is in normal
working status.
