Purpose
This training manual is intended for all people who service or repair the combi steamer, and provides
them with the necessary information on the design and construction of the appliance, the operating
principles, monitoring and control devices and on servicing and cleaning. This document also serves
as a training and reference manual for authorized and approved customer service engineers.
