9.3.4 Cleaning the injection nozzle

Tools required
 7mm socket wrench
 17mm open-ended wrench
Requirements
Check that the following requirements have been met:
 The appliance has been disconnected from the power supply and protective measures taken to
ensure the power cannot be switched on again.
 The left-hand side panel has been removed.
 The water supply has been shut off.
Removing and cleaning the injection nozzle
1.
Undo the top hose clip using a 7mm socket wrench.
2.
Remove the hose from the injection nozzle.
3.
Use a 17mm open-ended wrench to unscrew the injection
nozzle then remove any limescale and dirt from the injection
nozzle (may need to blow clean with air).
