9.3.5.2 Descaling the cooking chamber
Parts required
 Safety boots
 Safety goggles
 Protection equipment
 ConvoCare (for slight limescale)
 ConvoCal (for severe limescale)
 ConvoClean or ConvoClean forte (for neutralizing after descaling)
Requirements
Check that the following requirements have been met:
The appliance is on.
Descaling the cooking chamber
1.
Perform oven cleaning before carrying out descaling (to remove
grease from the surface).
2.
Switch off the combi steamer and let it cool down if it is hot.
Caution: While any descaling chemicals are present in the
cooking chamber, the appliance must never be heated above
30 °C otherwise there is a risk of corrosion.
3.
Undo the two fasteners (1) on the suction panel.
Hinge out the suction panel to the right (2) into the cooking
chamber.
