Spray ConvoCare (undiluted) or, for severe limescale, Convo-
Cal into the cooking chamber in front of and behind the suction
panel.

Close the appliance door and leave the descaling agent to
work.
Time required for agent to work:
 ConvoCare 15 min
 ConvoCal 5 min

After waiting the necessary time for the agent to work, use the
recoil hand shower to rinse out thoroughly the cooking chamber
and the area behind the suction panel.
7.
To neutralize the chemicals, spray ConvoClean or ConvoClean
forte into the cooking chamber in front of and behind the suction
panel.
8.
Close the appliance door.
Wait for about 10 minutes.
9.
Repeat steps 3 to 8 several times depending on the level of
limescale.
10.
Use the recoil hand shower to rinse out thoroughly with water
the cooking chamber and the area behind the suction panel.
