Fan
Cools the wiring compartment.
Please note: the outside of the fan grille (filter) should be cleaned
annually with a soft cloth.

Recoil hand shower Extensible shower with automatic recoil

pumps
Dispense the chemicals in the collector.

Cleaning-fluid pressure switch Monitors the cleaning-fluid dispensing pressure.

CS-chamber drainage pump
Opens the system and drains the Advanced Closed System area in the
collector.

Circulation pump Circulates the cleaning solution.

Collector
Collects condensate and water from the cooking chamber and closes the
system.

Drain box
Discharges the cooled used water and the cleaning solution; overflow
function.

Boiler drainage pump Drains the boiler.
