Descaling the boiler (easyDial)
Please note: Using chemicals from other manufacturers may damage the boiler or result in severe
foaming.
Make sure that the appliance is off!
1.
Feed the tube (with funnel fitted at other end) from inside the
cooking chamber into the steam-outlet hole from the boiler.
2.
Pour the descaling agent into the boiler (refer to manufacturer’s
data for amount).
3.
Add cold water to the boiler until the water is running out of the
boiler hole in the cooking chamber.
4.
Close the appliance door and wait for about 45 to 60 minutes.
Caution: risk of chemical burns
5.
Switch on the combi steamer.
6.
Start the Service program straight away and select the service
value d7.
Pump out the boiler for about 30 seconds.
7.
Repeat steps 3 and 6 (boiler rinsing) seven times.
Fill the boiler either in the Service program using service value
d1 or use the recoil hand shower to add water directly through
the boiler hole in the cooking chamber.
Please note: never let the heater run dry.
8.
Refit the suction panel and left-hand rack.
9.
Run the Steam main cooking program at 100° for 10 minutes.
