Clean the outer surfaces regularly with a mild cleaning agent. The delivery compartment in the
drawer must be kept clean, as this is the place where the products are transferred to.
The shutter of the delivery unit may be pushed down by hand. In order to do so the locking
mechanism must be pressed backwards (unlocking mechanism).
The shutter is closed automatically when the machine door is closed.

Flap (smooth-running and
self-closing)
A self-closing ap is installed for thermal separation
between the cooled area and the surrounding area.
The ap is pushed open by the product basket during
product delivery and must close automatically afterwards.
The all-round seal on the ap must be kept clean and must
not be sticky.

In addition to the standard cleaning procedures maintenance work should also be carried out on the machine. An
overview of the maintenance work to be carried out is to be found in the maintenance plan in your machine's technical
manual. This can be obtained from the Download Portal via the Siela Homepage!
Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents!
