The illumination for the machine can be switched on and o here.
The status of limit switches and light barriers is displayed by 0 and 1.
If a limit switch is actuated manually, 0 will change to 1, which proves that it functions
correctly.
Here the basket can be moved and stopped at every single product container to collect a
product, and then moved with the product back to the zero position.
This is the menu where you can visually check the product transfer into the basket.
[ Oset is the dierence to 0 caused by mechanical tolerances. X and Y directions can be
set separately.
The maximum displacement of the X and Y directions are inuenced by scale due to the
belt expanding (i.e. age, temperature, wear, length).
If, for example, the toothed wheel of the product basket goes to the top product shelf
(Y direction) 2 mm too low, Y Scale must be set to + 2.0 mm. Interim values are
approximated.
