5.5 Safety System
The safety system has the primary functions that follow:
D Emergency stop
D Overspeed protection
D Automatic shut-down
D Automatic slow-down.
The WECS−9520 will transmit a signal to the safety system for each malfunction.

5.6 Telegraph System
The telegraph system is used to transmit maneuvering signals from the bridge to the
control room and the local control panel.
