7.5.2.3 Relay 1 Hysteresis
The Relay 1 Hysteresis menus give the user the possibility to set the hysteresis value for the relay
activation or deactivation in percent of the in Section 7.5.2.2 set threshold value. Have a look at the
R1 Mode to get information about the effect of the hysteresis.
7.5.2.4 Relay 1 Failsafe / Not failsafe
Each process alarm can be configured as Failsafe or Not Failsafe.
Failsafe means that the relay is closed as long as no error occurs. Thereby also power breakdown
is indicated by the opening of the relay contact.
Not Failsafe means that the relay is normally open and closes when an error appears.
Pressing <ENTER> the configuration will alternate between Failsafe and Not Failsafe.
