5. Select Connectivity & Network Setup > Port Settings .
6. Select WSD.
a) Select Change Settings.
b) Select WSD Scan - Port Status then select Change Settings.
c) Select Enabled, and then select Save.
7. Select Close repeatedly until the main Tools screen displays.
8. Select Close repeatedly until the main Tools screen is displayed.
9. Exit the System Administrator Mode.
10. Print a configuration report to confirm that all the port is enabled.
Configuration on a Computer
1. Confirm that the machine name is displayed on the computer as a network device.
2. On the computer do one of the following:
• On Windows Vista, select Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Scanners
and Cameras
• On Windows 7, select Control Panel > Devices and Printers
3. Confirm that the machine name is displayed on computer screen.
4. If desired, configure the settings for the machine for items such as color format, file
type, and resolution.
