The network setting of the PC is
inappropriate.
• Try again to set the LAN board and LAN
card settings, and restart the PC.
• Reacquire the IP address.
The line, provider, or the Web
server is overloaded.
Transmission rate is very slow in some time
zones. If the rate remains very slow for a
long period of time compared to the line
speed, contact your carrier or provider.
