Single range
Measures a single range in the normal direction.
The output for a reverse flow will be as follows.
Analog output: Possible to approx. -20% (0.8 mA). With S-SFC communica-
tion, to approx. -5% (3.2 mA).
Pulse output: No output
Display: A minus (–) symbol appears.
