5.9 Channel Setting

(1) Method

Select imaging method

(2) Excitation

Select light source

(3) Emission

Select emission filter

(4) Camera

Select camera (unselectable in previous version)

(5) Z Offset [µm]

Set Z offset of each channel (default: 0.0 (µm))

(6) Add

Add imaging channel. Up to 10 channels can be set.

This button is invalid if 10 channels are already selected.

Note

If “PhaseContrast” is selected, phase contrast lens must be selected.

“BrightField” is unselectable.

<In case of Transmission Illumination

(Bright Field/ Phase Contast) is mounted>

If “PhaseContrast” is selected, push the lever of transmission

illumination back and select phase contrast lens.

If “BrightField” is selected, pull the lever of transimission illumination

forward.

“PhaseContrast” and “BrightField” are unselectable.
