4.3 Sample Searching
Search the position that samples exist (suitable position to imaging) by
low magnification objective lens.
Set the viewer layout to “Image & Map”.
In “Imaging” window, select imaging channel, well and objective lens.
For sample searching, use low magnification objective lens (2x – 10x).
