Notes on instrument safety
The Axiotech and Axiotech
vario
microscopes were designed, produced and tested in compliance with DIN
61010-1 (IEC 1010-1), Safety requirements for electrical measuring, control and laboratory instruments,
and meet the requirements of appendix I of directive 73/23/EC and the relevant CSA and UL directives.
The microscopes meet the requirements of the EC directive 89/336/EC and the EMC legislation of
November 9th 1992. This operation manual includes information and warnings which must be observed
by the user.
