Use safety shoes with a metal toe cap to prevent foot injury.
Lift the drive module only by the lifting lugs.
Make sure that the module does not topple over when you move it on the floor:
Open the support legs by pressing each leg a little down (1, 2) and turning it aside.
Whenever possible secure the module also with chains.
Do not tilt the drive module (A). It is heavy and its center of gravity is high. The module
overturns from a sideways tilt of 5 degrees. Do not leave the module unattended on a
sloping floor

Stop the drive and do the steps in section Electrical safety precautions (page 18) before
you start the work.
2. To remove the left-hand side upper and lower front covers of the drive module, undo
the fastening screws. M4×10 combi screws, 2 N·m.
3. Disconnect the drive module busbars from the input cabling panel. Combi screw M12,
70 N·m (52 lbf·ft).
4. Disconnect the drive module busbars from the output cabling panel. Combi screw M12,
70 N·m (52 lbf·ft).
5. Remove the front air baffle.

Disconnect the drive module from the LCL filter module.
Undo the screws that attach the drive module to the cabinet frame.
Attach the extraction ramp to the cabinet base with two screws.
Disconnect the power supply cable and the fiber optic cables from the external control
unit and coil them on the top of the drive module.
7. Disconnect the power supply cable and the fiber optic cables from the external control
unit and coil them on the top of the drive module.
8. To prevent the drive module from falling, attach its top lifting lugs with chains to the
cabinet frame.
