Inspection, signal lamp
The procedure below details how to inspect the function of the signal lamp.
Action Note
1. Check that the signal lamp is lit, when the motors are
put in operation ("MOTORS ON").

DANGER!
Turn off all electric power, hydraulic and pneumatic
pressure supplies to the robot!
For Foundry Prime robots: Do not turn off the air
pressure to motors and SMB.
3. If the lamp is not lit, trace the fault by:
• Checking whether the signal lamp is broken.
If so, replace it.
• Checking the cable connections.
• Measuring the voltage in connectors motor
axis 3 (=24V).
• Checking the cabling. Replace cabling if a
fault is detected.
