Location of the ball screw spline unit
The ball screw spline unit is located as shown in the figure.

CAUTION
For the robots with protection type Clean Room and protection class IP54, the
ball screw spline unit is inside the bellows. If needed, remove the bellows to
inspect the ball screw spline unit.
