6. If the drive information is not available in ServIS, enter the drive details manually.
7. Enable the CMD visible switch.
8. Click .
9. Enter the contract details.
10. Click Activate service button.
The system configures the NETA and the drives in the cloud and sends notification to
the Follow the Sun Remote IT Support team.
Notes:
• It can take a maximum of three hours to appear the data in the CMD portal.
• The customer access is set up by the Follow the Sun Remote IT Support team.
11. If any issues occur, refresh NETA-21 and check again. For further assistance, refer to
troubleshooting step 6 in Installation troubleshooting (optional) on page 57 or contact
your local ABB representative.
