60 Installation troubleshooting (optional)
The RSP user account import failed during IPS package
installation
CAUSE:
Part of the digital services installation (IPS) package failed.
SOLUTION:
In the Settings Tool settings Factory tools tab
• Verify that the check box "Enable factory login (factory support account)” is selected.
• Remove any previously existing digital services user account in Settings Users list
and then retry the IPS package installation.
