2. Make sure that the HTTP reports (logged data and events) is added into the portal
successfully and the recent Notification events appear in the Report events tab.
Note: Relative timestamps can be enabled with the timestamps check box.
Configure NETA in CMD

You need to configure NETA in CMD gateway settings admin page to enable NETA send
the data to cloud successfully. To configure
1. Navigate to CMD portal
→ gateway settings admin page → Search for NETA-21 and
enter the NETA-21 serial number. For more information, see Gateway administration
in condition Administrator guide (3AXD50000534890[English]).
2. Click on the discovered NETA serial number.
3. Make sure that Last Signal Logging and Last event Logging shows recent date and
time.
4. In the Serial number field, enter the drive serial number.
Note: Only successfully registered drives under your favorite sites in ServIS can be
configured on the CMD admin page.
5. Click Validate.
