502 Proxy Error. The

Older version of ISA Server cannot read
the request HTTP headers from NETA-
21.
Contact customers Network/System
administrator to bypass NETA-21 IP
communication to destination digital
services server IPs.
503 Service
Unavailable
Digital service Servers are down Contact digital services administrator. If
server is up and not resolved, Make
sure that the customers Proxy configu-
ration is correct in NETA-21 and firewall
is not blocking the communication.
504 Gateway
Timeout
Same as above 1 and 2 (502 bad gate-
way ROOT CAUSE)
3. Digital service server is down
Ping digital service servers from cus-
tomer network. If Ping is not OK Con-
tact digital service administrator to
make sure if Server down.
Other resolutions are same as above
1,2,3(502 bad gateway Resolutions)
505 HTTP Version
Not Supported
Customer network proxy is outdated Contact customer’s Network / System
administrator to bypass the proxy. If
Bypass is not possible, use an External
connection.
511 Network
Authentication
Required
NETA-21 needs to authenticate to gain
network access. Intended for use by
intercepting proxies used to control
access to the network. For some net-
work connections, It used to require
agreement to Terms of Service before
granting full Internet access via a Wi-Fi
hotspot Ethernet adapter.
