The signal flow between the function blocks is shown in Figure 105. To realize the reservation
function, the function blocks Reservation input (RESIN) and Bay reserve (QCRSV) also are
included in the apparatus control function. The application description for all these functions
can be found below. The function SCILO in the Figure below is the logical node for interlocking.
Control operation can be performed from the local IED HMI. If the administrator has defined
users with the IED Users tool in PCM600, then the local/remote switch is under authority
control. If not, the default (factory) user is the SuperUser that can perform control operations
from the local IED HMI without LogOn. The default position of the local/remote switch is on
remote.

If the requested command is accepted by the authority, the value will change. Otherwise the

signal. If the PSTO value is
changed during a command, then the command is aborted.
