8.5.3 OSD settings
You can use this menu item to select which date and time format should be displayed in the live image.
Show name.
Select this check box if you want to show the camera name.
Date on.
Select this check box if you want to show the date in the camera image.
Camera name
Enter the name of the camera to be displayed in the picture.
Time format
Select here whether you want to display the time in 24-hour or 12-hour format.
Date format
Select the format for the date display here.
(T= day; M= month; J= year)
Display mode
Here you can select the display type for the elements shown.
You have the following options: "Transparent & flashing", "Transparent & non-flashing", "Non-transparent &
flashing", "Non-transparent & non-flashing".
OSD size
Here it is possible to adjust the font size of all text overlays.
Font colour
White, black and self-matching are available as colours for text overlays. A self-adapting font changes each
digit in its colour black or white, depending on whether the background is lighter or darker.
Text overlay
A further 4 pieces of text information can be statically superimposed on the video image.
