8.9 Temperature measurement
8.9.1 Basic settings
The settings for the temperature measurement are made exclusively for the thermal image channel.
Activate temperature measurement: Activate the entire temperature measurement function of the camera
Activate colour temperature: In the thermal image channel, a colour bar can be displayed on the right-hand
side. Depending on the colour palette used (Image Settings/Palettes),
different temperatures are displayed with different colours.
Show temperature info in stream: Display all configured temperature measurement ranges with
associated temperatures in the video image.
Max. Display max. temperature: Display of the current maximum temperature per temperature
measuring range
Display min. temperature: Display of the current minimum temperature per temperature
measuring range
Display average temperature: Display of the average temperature for each temperature measuring
range
Position of the temperature:Near the target: Display of the temperature information directly next to the
area/point/line.
Top Left: Display of the temperature information at the top left of the
entire video area. If several measuring areas are configured, they are
listed starting at the top left and working down. If more than 8
measuring rules are configured, the function "Near the target" should
be selected, as only approx. 8 temperature information can be
displayed.

Data update interval: The measured values can be updated every 1 to 5 seconds.
Unit: Display of the set value unit (setting via System/Unit Settings).
Temperature range: Display of the possible measurable temperature range (-20 ~ 150°C). Note
that the tolerance temperature will also be included, i.e. a temperature of -
28°C can be displayed, for example. The display is limited between -30
and +150°C.
Version: Version of the measuring algorithm
Calibration File Version: Version of the calibration file for the measurement
Alarm interval: Setting of the interval between 2 temperature measurement alarms (1 ~
300 sec.
Activate filter for reflective light: Activate this function if the sunlight is highly reflective and this
causes false alarms. The
Sensitivity: Filter sensitivity can be adjusted (1 ~ 100 %)
