Max. Size: Maximum size of the object in pixels (width x height) (display of the values set further
below).
Min. size: Minimum size of the object in pixels (width x height) (display of the values set further
below).
Duration: Delay time before an alarm is triggered in seconds (0~30 sec.) (only for Intrusion
Detection).
Sensitivity: The sensitivity of the detection can be adjusted to the scene.
Tripwire: Setting the direction-dependent triggering of the tripwire rule. Trigger the rule when
crossing in both directions or only one direction.
Detection target: All, Person, Vehicle, Human and Vehicle
Max. size" button: Press this button and then draw a rectangle in the video preview image.
The position does not matter.
Min. size" button: Press this button and then draw a rectangle in the video preview area.
The position does not matter.
Set area" button Set the detection area. First click on the left symbol (6-corner). Then use
the left mouse button to draw a polygon with max. 10 corners in the
video preview image. If the area has less than 10 corners, you can stop
drawing with the right mouse button.
Draw line" button Draw the line for tripwire detection (line crossing). After pressing the
button, a line already appears in the video preview. This line and the end
points of it can be grabbed and moved with the left mouse button.
Activate schedule
For each rule, an individual schedule can be set on which the rule is active. Time ranges can be marked and
configured with the left mouse button directly in the bar display of the schedule. By clicking in a marked area,
the times can be adjusted by keyboard input. Behind each line for each day is a hidden button for copying
marks to other days.
The "Clear All" button clears the entire schedule.
Alarm link
Individual actions can be programmed for each rule. The following actions are available:
Send e-mail:Sending an e-mail with optional image attachment
Notify monitoring centre: Alarm transmission to the ABUS CMS software can be activated
here (e.g. pop-up window in CMS in the event of an alarm).
Upload to FTP/SD/NAS: Image upload to an FTP server, the built-in MicroSD card or a
connected NAS drive.
Light flash alarm: Activation of the built-in flash light. The configuration of the light
flash behaviour is configured in the menu "Configuration / Events
/ Flash alarm output".
Acoustic warning: Activation of the built-in loudspeaker. The configuration of the
sound output is configured in the menu "Configuration / Events /
Acoustic alarm output".
Trigger alarm output: Trigger the alarm output on the camera.
Trigger recording:Recording of a video sequence on the built-in MicroSD card. The visual
channel and the thermal image channel can be recorded.

Behavioural analysis version: Version number of the VCA module
Single alarm: When this function is activated, the camera sends an alarm only once
as long as the detected object is in the scene. Otherwise, the alarm
would be triggered again and again as long as the object is in the
scene.
