The second mode is Periodic Email Reporting where users can receive emails at a certain
period of time based on the time interval congured. The email will include the data that is
selected to be sent.
The third mode is when both of the above are enabled.
Users must know their SMTP server provider and details regarding their SMTP server, which
can be provided by users' IT personnel.
The following settings must be congured for email reporting:
• SMTP Enabled: Select 'Enable' to enable and to further congure the settings related to
the SMTP function.
• Start Time to Send Email: Select the date and time for when the emails should begin to send.
• Click on the icon to congure the time and date.
• Click on the icon in the bottom right to clear the time and date.
